So.... the other day we were cleaning out Elliott's room and we came across this little gem. When you have a baby at Kaiser, they send you home with an inflatable CPR practice baby. It's Kaiser's way of telling insecure first-time parents that they don't have a chance. "Here guys. Your boy's lungs aren't fully developed he has jaundice and a hole in his heart and, quite frankly, there's a REALLY good chance you're going to need to resuscitate him at some point so here's something to help you out." 

Just for kicks, Shelbi inflated the doll, gave it to Elliott and then called me to watch the above results. I was disturbed on more than one level. First, Elliott is apparently a terrible wrestler. He gets pinned about 10 seconds into the contest. Second, as the battle goes on, it's tough to tell whether Elliott is fighting the doll or making out with it. All I will say is this. The video started rolling just over a minute after the doll was placed in the crib. The doll was originally wearing a diaper. And Elliott's first matter of business was to deftly remove it with uncanny precision in about 5 seconds. I'm not really sure what to think.
